Educational Talent Search/Project PLUS, Hillsboro
(Preparing and Learning for University Study)

ETS/Project P.L.U.S is an educational access and retention program sponsored by Portland State University, and funded through the U.S. Dept of Education.  We work with over 200 students in the Hillsboro School District High Schools: Glencoe, Hilhi, Century and Liberty.

About the Program:
The program mission is to identify, motivate, and assist students in their educational transitions into college.  We primarily work with students who come from low-income families and/or will be the first in their family to pursue post-secondary education.  We encourage students to stay in school and graduate, and to enroll in a community college, a four-year university, or a vocational/technical college.
